What Is an Video Guest Book?

It’s a retro-style phone that records personal messages from your guests. Instead of signing a book, they pick up the phone, tap the screen it is attached to to start, and leave a message. Every voice, every laugh, every “remember when?” is saved for you to enjoy to forever.

How It Works

Reserve Your Date – Fill out the contact form below to inquire about available dates.

Planning Call – We will hop on short Zoom call before your event to go over final details like event start time, and where you want us to set up at the event.

Enjoy Your Event – We’ll drop off the device and neon “Leave a Message” sign and get it ready to go. Guests simply pick up and record!

Relive the Memories – We will pick up the device from the venue (no later than 9 pm) and we’ll send you all the recordings in an organized digital gallery (and optional video add-on).

Video Guest Book rentals start at $199. This includes set up, tear down, and delivery of the files after the event.

How does the audio guest book work?

It’s super simple! Guests pick up the phone, tap the screen to start, and record their message. Each recording is saved and delivered to you after your event.

What does drop-off/setup look like?

We will drop the phone off at the venue before your cocktail hour begins. We also pick up the phone and signage no later than 9 PM at the venue so you don’t need to worry about getting the parts and pieces back to us!

Does the phone need Wifi?

No the phone doesn’t require internet to operate, but it does require a power source. We recommend placing it along a wall near an outlet we can plug into during setup.

What types of events is this best for?

Weddings, anniversaries, celebrations of life, birthdays, baby showers, graduation parties, and even corporate events — anywhere you want to capture memories in people’s own voices.

How do I get my recordings afterward?

Within a week after your event, you’ll receive a digital folder with all your video files. You can listen, download, and share them however you like.

What areas do you service?

Abbey Graves Productions is based out of St. Cloud, Minnesota. The video guest book rental can be rented anywhere, we do have a travel fee for bookings further than 15 miles from the Stearns County Courthouse in Downtown, St. Cloud. An additional $1/mile traveled outside of that range will be part of the quote.

What is included in the rental?

Your rental includes us dropping off the phone and the neon “leave a message” sign at the venue where you tell us to put it. We can also bring a framed instruction sheet to help your guests use the phone as well!
